Kung Fu Panda 3 is a Breakfast Sandwich

The Kung Fu Panda series, hereinafter referred to as KFP, has quickly become my harbor in the storm. KFP is the pat on the back after a long day, a hug from your spouse following an argument, or a hearty, overstuffed breakfast sandwich after a long night of boozing.

I say this with my neck exposed - chest broadened. Katy Perry, thank you, "Hear Me Roar!" What a human needs in this odds-stacked world is a place to rest. Be it Jacob's head-rock, Michael Vick surrounded by bully breeds in Surry County, Virginia (Bad Newz indeed), or a grown man, soon-to-be father, watching KFP3 in his undies with a glass of red wine. I refuse to be beaten down, belittled, or mocked for my respite. God forbid a man enjoy himself half-naked, drinking a barrel-aged Cab, watching J.K. Simmons' best effort in voicing a goth water buffalo from the spirit realm.

The Panda met me in my time of need. Days can be long, dark, and fade into monotony (much like Mr. Vick). Other than dog fighting, find your Kung Fu Panda 3. Find the rest you so need. Watch the Panda. Eat a far-too-large breakfast sandwich after a 12-pack-of-Imperial-IPAs-night. God Bless.
